Join sisters Natalie Singer (Holistic Nutritionist), Jo Miterani (Vegetarian & Retreat Chef) and Yoga Therapist Jen B, for a 3-day Ayurvedic Cleanse. It focuses on detoxifying and deeply nourishing the body with warm, easily digestible foods, herbal teas and tonics that support your gut, energy and overall wellbeing.

  1. 3 days of nourishing vegetarian food, teas and tonics prepared for you by Chef Jo Miterani

  2. Option to do an Ayurvedic Kitchari cleanse only

  3. Supportive tea based on your dosha (constitution)

  4. Individual intake and community support

  5. In-person or online therapeutic yoga workshop with Jen B. at her beautiful midtown studio

  6. Mindfulness practices with Rachael Frankford, MSW who will be offering her unique guided mindfulness exercises for nervous system regulation with a focus on gut health. She will lead a sensorial taste exploration and address cravings through a somatic lens.

  7. Private group support leading up to, during and post cleanse

  8. Midtown pickup or delivery arranged

In-person near Bathurst + St. Clair

Join your cleanse community for a workshop with Jen B. Learn how the many tools of yoga and ayurveda (breathwork, physical postures, meditation, daily rituals and nutrition) support the system's natural ability to restore balance. During the workshop, we'll explore these concepts through discussion, gentle yoga practice, and Q+A with Natalie. Take home practical ways to support the cleanse process and your wellbeing beyond it.

This in-person session is available to the first 9 registrations only, with live streaming available for everyone else.​​

Led by sisters Natalie Singer (Holistic Nutritionist) and Jo Miterani (Vegetarian and Retreat Chef), Yoga therapy provided by Jen B., and Mindfulness practices developed by Rachael- this Ayurvedic Cleanse is designed to increase your energy, vitality and wellbeing.

I was unsure about a cleanse. I did not want to be hungry. No problem there. I am picky so I was not sure if I would like the food, it was delicious. And I was unsure what if any difference it would make. The difference was in considering all the things around food that I hadn't been conscious of: what and when I eat and what I crave. It was a great reset. Natalie made it easy, she was very supportive and the food was delicious!
